Philip Steeger has extensive experience in marketing and management within the consumer goods industry, particularly in pet nutrition and oral care. Currently serving as General Manager at Hill's Pet Nutrition for the DACH region at Colgate-Palmolive since August 2004, Philip oversees a substantial business portfolio and leads marketing efforts across 54 countries, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation and eCommerce. Previously, Philip held various senior marketing roles globally, managing significant brands and product innovation strategies, including a focus on integrated marketing campaigns and talent development. Philip has a diverse educational background, including a Master of Science in International Marketing from the University of Surrey and ongoing studies at INSEAD, complemented by a foundational education in design thinking at Stanford University D-School.
