Nemanja Mitrovic currently serves as the Head of Demand Planning for Central Europe West at Colgate-Palmolive, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nemanja was the Head of Supply Chain Management at Amplifon from August 2022 to November 2023 and worked as the Demand Planning Manager for Northern Europe at Pandora from August 2020 to July 2022. Nemanja's earlier experience includes serving as the Junior Manager of Global Demand Planning at Henkel from September 2015 to July 2020, a Material Management Implementation Specialist at Oracle from September 2012 to August 2015, and a Logistics Assistant at Nelt Grupa from October 2009 to August 2012. Nemanja holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Production Knowledge and Management from the University of East Sarajevo, obtained between 2002 and 2009.
