Rajat Prakash Mishra is an experienced professional in innovation and product development, currently serving as an Innovation Project Manager at Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rajat worked at Unilever as an Assistant Manager in Innovation Planning from July 2020 to June 2023, and at ITC Limited from July 2016 to June 2020 in various capacities, including Product Developer and Operations Executive for Engage Deodorants and Perfumes. Rajat began career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at ITC, focusing on quality and operations within the Personal Care Division. An internship at RuTAG IIT Kanpur involved designing a Solar Food Dehydrator tailored for small-scale food processors in Pratapgarh. Rajat holds an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, completed in 2016.
