Tiphanie Mays, CPRP, serves as the Assistant Township Administrator for Colerain Township since November 2022, focusing on operations and engagement within Ohio's second-largest township. With extensive experience in recreation management, Tiphanie held the position of Director of Parks & Recreation for the City of Fairfield from September 2018 to November 2022 and as Superintendent of Recreation, Golf & Event Operations in the City of Blue Ash for 17 years. Additionally, Tiphanie has been an ice hockey official with the Ohio Valley Hockey Officials Association since 2007 and has officiated high-level competitions including national championships. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Marketing and Administration from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and Leadership from Ferris State University.
