Mike Leventini has over 30 years of experience in the poultry industry, with their most recent role being the GM and VP of Live Production at Perdue Farms since May 2011. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President at Coleman Natural Foods starting in November 2003. Mike'searlier experience includes various roles in live, plant, and product management at Foster Farms from June 1989 to November 2003.

Mike Leventini graduated from Colorado State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Sciences. Mike then pursued further education at the University of Idaho from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a Masters of Science degree in Animal Nutrition.
