Susan Hannon is a legal professional with extensive experience in claims and legal services. As the Head of Legal Services at Coleman Legal since January 2021, Susan has demonstrated leadership in the legal field. Prior to this role, Susan served as a Senior Associate in Claims at Davies Group from March 2020 to December 2020 and as Claims Team Manager at Footprint Underwriting between February 2016 and March 2020. Susan began a career in claims as a Claims Specialist at FBD Insurance, where the position was held from October 2003 to February 2016. Educational qualifications include a Barrister at Law degree from The Honorable Society of King's Inns (2017-2019), a Diploma in Arbitration from University College Dublin (2005), and a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin (1999-2002). Additionally, Susan holds a Professional Diploma in Accounting from Technological University Dublin and is a Certified Insurance Practitioner from The Insurance Institute.
