Jos¨¦ Manuel Matus Mazuela has extensive experience in customer service and project management within the logistics and safety sectors. Currently serving as Jefe de Servicio y Experiencia de Clientes at Colegium since March 2020, previous roles include Jefe de Experiencia de Clientes and various positions at APL Logistics from October 2013 to March 2020, where responsibilities spanned management control for safety operations in multiple locations, as well as project management for high-profile clients like J&J, Walmart, and Nike. Jos¨¦ also contributed as a part-time instructor at Instituto del Medio Ambiente in 2013. Educational qualifications include a Magister en Ingenier¨ªa Industrial from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and degrees in Industrial Engineering and Risk Prevention from the same institution and Instituto Profesional AIEP, respectively.
