Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions and educational technology. Currently working at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has contributed to the development of hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and various educational devices. Previously, Chris held roles as a firmware engineer and electronics contractor, focusing on firmware development and electronics design for educational programs. Additional experience includes serving as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary and working as an electronics engineer at Grindcom, where responsibilities included circuit design and software development for forestry control systems. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
