Jesus Quijano is a seasoned Project Geologist with extensive experience in geology, hydrogeology, geotechnics, and environmental health and safety (EHS). Currently serving as a Geological Consultant at the COLEGIO DE INGENIEROS DEL PERU since April 2015, Jesus has played a pivotal role in developing mining and acquisition projects, advising on investment, sustainability, and community relations. In addition to this role, Jesus has been engaged with Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos as a Consultant, Advisor, and Researcher since January 2014. Jesus's recent positions include Project Specialist roles at Anglo American, Autoridad para la Reconstrucción con Cambios, and Mako Mining Corp., focusing on project management, risk assessment, and optimization of exploration and mining operations. Jesus holds multiple academic qualifications in Mining Engineering, Environmental Management, and Business Administration, emphasizing a strong foundation in both technical and managerial aspects of mining projects.
