Willem currently serves as Executive Manager at Cole Murray, where he oversees business operations, drives strategic growth, and ensures marketing excellence across the organisation.
Prior to this role, Willem was the Business Owner of Breakers Restaurant Taradale and also held the position of National Operations Manager at Breakers Restaurants Head Office, where he managed multi-site operations and supported business performance across the brand.
His expertise includes leadership and team development, financial management, operational strategy, contract management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while consistently meeting KPIs and maintaining strong compliance standards.
Willem holds a Postgraduate Degree in Events Management from Swiss Hotel Management School and a Degree in Hotel and Catering Management from Boston College.
