Laura Kaspick is the Head of Insights at The Cole Group, a company specializing in sales and marketing executive search since 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Research Director at Peerless Insights (2017-2020), Director of Consumer Insights at NatureBox (2015-2016), and a role in Consumer Insights at Gap Inc. (2007-2015). Laura holds a B.A. in Sociology and Economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude from UC San Diego, and an MBA with Highest Honors from Golden Gate University, along with study abroad experience at the University of Sydney.
