Chiwala Kapuma is an experienced professional in the real estate and transportation industries. Currently serving as a Real Estate Investment Consultant at Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers since March 2019 and as a REALTOR® at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers since December 2017, Chiwala is recognized for understanding client needs and providing exceptional customer service with a strong commitment to integrity and ethical standards. Chiwala holds licenses and certifications in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales in Georgia. Additionally, Chiwala has been the President & CEO of Atlanta Connect Transportation, Inc. since March 2006, emphasizing quality service and reliability. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager at Papa Johns from October 2000 to March 2006. Chiwala’s educational background includes a Real Estate Sales Person degree from Metro Brokers Academy (2017-2018) and a BSc in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Zambia (1996-2000).
