Patricia Richmond-Young is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Affiliate Broker at Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury since March 2013, Patricia has developed expertise in assisting clients with property transactions, contract writing, and negotiations. As the owner of ANY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC since June 2011, responsibilities include helping homeowners and investors secure tenants and managing financial functions. Previous roles include Realtor at Prudential Collins-Maury, Inc, and The Carter Group Realtors, alongside serving as Owner/COO of 4 Success Realty, LLC, where daily operations and human resource responsibilities were overseen. Educational qualifications include licenses as a TN & MS Realtor and completion of several real estate training programs.
