Nathaniel Sowell has accumulated diverse professional experience primarily in education, customer support, and administrative roles. As a Teacher at ColdTowne Theater since December 2014, Nathaniel has honed skills in teaching and mentorship. Concurrently, Nathaniel has worked at uShip since January 2018, serving as both an LTL Commercial Shipping Support Agent and a Member Support Specialist. Previous positions include Customer Success Representative at OutboundEngine, where Nathaniel contributed to automated marketing solutions for small businesses, and ACE Member at SpareFoot, where Nathaniel designed training programs focused on customer service. Additional experience includes roles at Hoot Call as an Employment Specialist, Jewish Community Center as a Drama Specialist, Museum of Science and Industry as a Facilitator, Five Guys Burgers and Fries as a Crew Member, and at Foster Quan LLP as an Administrative Support Associate. Nathaniel graduated from Dulles High School in 2007.
