James Lee Payne has worked in various roles in the energy industry since 2005. James Lee began their career as a Commercial Appraiser at Whitney and Associates in 2005. In 2010, they joined Weatherford as a Field Engineer II - Frac, where they were the technical lead on large multi-stage horizontal fracturing jobs in the Eagle Ford. James Lee then moved up to Assistant District Manager - Frac, District Engineer - Frac, Sales Specialist - Frac, and Integrated Projects Manager - CTM. In 2019, they became US Sales Manager at Praetorian Energy Solutions. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Cold Bore Technology as a Technical Sales.
James Lee Payne attended Conroe High School, followed by Texas A&M University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2000-2004.
