Vincent Bassinet, EMBA, PMP, is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and human resources. Currently serving as the Group HR IS & HR Digital Transformation Director at Colas since August 2022, Vincent has a proven track record of innovating HR strategies and implementing technological initiatives throughout their career. Previously, Vincent held significant roles at Sodexo, where responsibilities included Group VP HR, HR IS & HR Digital Transformation, and Group HRIS Director, focusing on creating efficient, employee-centric HR functions and driving digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, Vincent’s background includes key positions at Air Liquide, where contributions involved establishing learning programs, improving project management practices, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Vincent holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and Mannheim Business School, along with an engineering degree and a PMP certification.
