Kristin McCarthy, MBA, currently serves as the Subsidiary Procurement Manager at Colas USA since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kristin held positions at Nestlé Coffee Partners as Lead Procurement Business Partner and at Nestlé as Senior Strategic Category Specialist and Strategic Sourcing Category Buyer. Kristin's earlier experience includes roles at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC as Strategic Sourcing Category Buyer and Operational Buyer, along with a global assignment at Knorr-Bremse as Strategic Sourcing Compressor Buyer. Kristin began their career as a Purchasing Co-Op at Bendix and was also a student athlete in Track and Cross Country at Cleveland State University. Kristin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
