Ugur Dalbeler has extensive experience in the steel industry, currently serving as a Board Member for both the Turkish Steel Exporters' Association and the Turkish Steel Producers Association since 2006 and 2000, respectively. Dalbeler has held various leadership roles at ÇOLAKOĞLU Metalurji A.Ş. since 1986, including CEO, Trade and Finance Coordinator, and Sales Manager. Additionally, Dalbeler was the Chairman of MARZINC MARMARA GERİ KAZANIM SAN VE TİC. A.Ş. from 2007 to 2018 and served as Chairman of Irepas from 2004 to 2014. Ugur Dalbeler earned a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Middle East Technical University between 1982 and 1986.
