Vincent Iaropoli has extensive work experience in the nonprofit and performing arts sectors. Vincent most recently served as the Executive Director of CO/LAB Theater Group, a position they started in December 2023. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Stages on the Sound starting in March 2023.

From October 2022 to June 2023, Vincent worked as the Head of Finance and Administration at Taproot Foundation, where they managed the financial and administrative operations of the organization. Vincent then pursued a Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Vincent is studying at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, where they are working towards a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Theatre in Colleges and Communities, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2025. Prior to their higher education, they attended Fordham Preparatory School from 1989 to 1994.
