Hannah Schreck has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Hannah has held various positions throughout their career, starting as an Executive Recruiter at Green Key Resources from 2011 to 2016. Hannah then moved on to Linium, where they worked as an Executive Recruiter for a year. In 2017, they joined Equinox as a Technology Recruiter, a role they held until 2019. At Rent The Runway, they served as a Technical Recruiting Manager from 2019 to 2020. Hannah then joined BlockFi in 2020 as their Technical Recruiting Manager, eventually becoming the Global Head of Technical Recruiting. Their responsibilities at BlockFi included building and leading a global team, hiring key executives and senior leadership, and facilitating significant team growth. Hannah currently holds the position of Director of Global Talent at CoinDesk, starting in 2023.

Hannah Schreck earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University at Albany, SUNY between 2007 and 2011.
