Coy Falls has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. They started their career at GameStop as a Hardware Lead, managing a team and implementing inventory systems. They then worked at Apple as a Genius, providing personalized tech support and performing repairs. At SoulCycle, Coy was the Manager of IT Deployment, responsible for setting up IT infrastructure in new studios and providing help desk support. They later joined Warby Parker as a Retail Support Engineer, improving and maintaining IT infrastructure for stores. Coy also worked as an Independent IT Consultant, providing services such as setting up Google Apps domains and deploying Apple computers for clients. They then joined VTS, Inc. as an IT Analyst, overseeing IT support for employees and managing network infrastructure. Coy worked at Facebook in two roles, first as an Executive Support Specialist and then as a Field Technical Principal, supporting operations and projects across multiple offices. At Better.com, Coy held the position of Senior IT SaaS Manager, managing a team and vendor contracts, as well as handling IT tasks for a Workday implementation. Most recently, Coy worked at WeWork as a Senior Manager, Application Engineering, where they created an engineering team and managed an Okta environment, among other responsibilities. Currently, Coy is the Director of IT Infrastructure & Security at CoinDesk.
Coy Falls attended Keller High School until 2005 and obtained a high school diploma. In 2011, they became an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, and in 2016, they were certified as a Google Apps Certified Administrator. Most recently, in October 2021, they became an Okta Certified Professional.
