Dipali Rathod is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at a Stealth Startup focused on crypto solutions in the UAE. Dipali has also taken on roles as a Mentor at The Shape of Work and as a Talent Advisor for various startups in the HR tech space. Previous experience includes positions at Meesho, Locus, Clip, Open App, Exalca, and ITC Hotels, where strategic talent acquisition efforts significantly contributed to building high-performing teams. Dipali holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and recently completed an education program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
