Massimo Boffini is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in logistics and office properties. Since June 2015, Boffini has been serving as a Property Manager at COIMA, overseeing logistics and office assets for various funds including Deka Logistics, Hines, and Westinvest in Milan and Rome. Prior to this role, Boffini worked as a Consultant Property Manager at COIMA Property Management Milano, focusing on industrial properties and conducting due diligence for COIMA and Hines. Boffini's earlier experience includes serving as an External Consultant for Logistics Real Estate at CBRE and as Property and Technical Manager at Goodman Italy, where project management was also a key responsibility.
