Michael Tominna currently serves as the Sr Director of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff to the Chief Legal Officer at Cohesity, a role held since February 2022. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Sr. Managing Legal Operations Director for Digital Transformation at Dell Technologies from July 2021 until February 2022. Michael's extensive experience at DLA Piper, spanning from 2005 to July 2021, includes roles such as Director of Innovation, where a focus was placed on integrating innovative technology with organizational change management. Earlier in Michael's career at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich from 1996 to 2005, a variety of positions related to technology management and web systems were held. Michael Tominna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from CSUSM College of Business, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
