Brian Howell has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Brian currently holds the position of Accounting Manager at Coherent Logix, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Revenue Accountant at Q2 from March 2022 to December 2022 and at EAG 1Source from September 2021 to February 2022. Brian also served as an Assistant Controller at Baker Tilly US from April 2021 to September 2021.

Before their roles in management, Brian worked as a Senior Revenue Accountant at Venado Oil & Gas from April 2019 to April 2021, at Remora Petroleum, L.P. from September 2018 to April 2019, and at Jones Energy, Inc. from July 2015 to August 2018. Brian started their career as an Experienced Assurance Associate at BDO USA, LLP from January 2014 to July 2015.

Brian gained practical experience in the accounting field during their internship at Ken Flint, CPA's in 2013. Brian prepared individual and trust tax returns, conducted client interviews, and effectively communicated with office personnel. Additionally, they worked as a Grants Accounting Assistant at the University of the Incarnate Word Grants Accounting Office from August 2012 to December 2012, where they assisted in budget preparation and managed multiple fund accounts.

Brian Howell completed their Masters degree in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word from 2008 to 2013.
