Lorenzo Casanova is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in sourcing specialized technical talent across various industries. Currently a member of the Talent Staff at Cohere since October 2023, Lorenzo previously held the position of Senior Technical Sourcer II at Cruise, focusing on driving talent pipelines for hardware and sensors. Prior to that, Lorenzo contributed as a Specialized Research Sourcer at Meta's Facebook Reality Labs, where expertise was applied in sourcing niche roles for research and development. Lorenzo's career also includes managerial roles at Sprint, TMX Finance Family of Companies, and RadioShack. Lorenzo holds a Master's Advanced Intercultural Management Certification from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and a degree in Business Management from New Mexico State University.
