Mark Panko has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. Mark began as a Finance Operations Co-op at Ascensus in April 2017. In April 2018, they worked as a Junior Analyst - Co-op at MainLine Private Wealth. The following year, Mark was a Private Banking Co-op at Brown Brothers Harriman from April to September 2019. In May 2020, they became a Financial Analyst at Premier Automation LLC, where they worked until July 2021. Currently, they are working at Cohen & Company since August 2021, initially as an Associate in Valuation & Litigation Services and later promoted to Senior Associate in the same department from August 2023 onwards.

Mark Panko pursued their education at Drexel University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics. During their time at Drexel University, they were enrolled in the LeBow College of Business, specializing in the same field of study.
