Brad's prior experience includes managerial roles at Yachiyo of America Inc., where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies and product roadmaps for four facilities. Brad also served as Sales Director at McGregor Metalworking Companies and spent over 16 years at American Showa, rising through various sales roles to the position of Sales General Manager, overseeing extensive sales operations within the automotive and motorcycle industries. Brad holds a degree from The Ohio State University.
