Reid Van Gorder, CFA, brings extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Director of Finance at Cogo Labs since September 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing finance, legal, and compliance operations. Previously, Reid held the position of Chief Financial Officer at NextDroid, focusing on all financial matters and HR activities. As Director of Finance at Archway Health, Reid managed financial reporting and forecasting for a business with over $13 million in annual expenses. Reid's long tenure at ASCOA as Vice President of Finance involved leadership in finance and acquisition activities, contributing to the management of over 40 LLCs valued at more than $650 million. Early career experiences at Mintz Levin Financial Advisors included research and trade operations for substantial client assets, complemented by a foundational role as Merchant Mariner at Boston City Water Taxi. Reid earned a BA in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
