Joshua joined Congnosis in April 2022 after graduating from the University of Otago in New Zealand with a Master's in International Business. While in Dunedin, he could often be found either chasing the point break or playing rugby for his team, the Harbour Hawks.

Since joining Cognosis, Joshua has been working on several different projects for leading FMCG companies building long-term strategies and enjoys the problem-solving aspect of the projects.

Outside of work he can be found training for his first Ironman (70.3) although his more regular interests tend to include rugby or skiing in the winter months.
