Stanley George Austen is an experienced leader in the outsourcing and enablement sector, currently serving as the Head of Outsourcing and Enablement for Europe in the Life Sciences division at Cognizant since September 2020. With a consultative selling approach, Stanley focuses on understanding customer needs and customizing services in clinical data management and biostatistics. Previously, from January 2007 to February 2020, Stanley held the position of Associate Vice President at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing the performance of strategic engagements in the Life Sciences HealthCare service line, and managing various BPO and KPO operations. Additional experience includes roles in service delivery and call center management at organizations such as Stream Global Services and Wipro Infotech Ltd. Stanley holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Maharashtra University.
