Eugene Bekker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology consulting and sales within the oil and gas sector, currently serving as a Service Line Sales Specialist in the Microsoft Business Group at Cognizant since September 2024. Prior to this role, Bekker held various leadership positions at Avanade, including Client Account Lead for Oil & Gas Upstream and Senior Director for Studio Lead. With a strong background in innovative software solutions, Bekker has also contributed to Paradigm as Director of Innovation Services and to Bluware, Inc. as Senior Manager for Delivery. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Infusion Development and Content and Code, where Bekker advanced agile methodologies and client engagement practices. Bekker holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from the University of South Africa.
