Ajai Nair is an experienced technology and business leader with a strong background in software development and client management, currently serving as a Client Partner at Cognizant since January 2013. Initially joining as Delivery Head for the Lending Business Unit, Ajai transitioned to Commercial Head in 2015, successfully turning around a critical $66 million annual client relationship by implementing innovative strategies across automation, AI/ML, cloud transformation, and data modernization. Prior to Cognizant, positions included Senior Director of Software Development at CoreLogic, Inc., where Ajai established the company’s credit division as a national alternative credit data bureau, and Vice President of Software Development at First Advantage Credco, overseeing extensive software applications and integrations. Ajai's career also includes leadership roles at First American Credco, focusing on enterprise software development. Ajai holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat and an MBA in Finance and Systems from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
