Peyton Reaves serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Cognitiv since February 2024. Prior to this role, Peyton was the founding Chief Technology Officer at WellVia from August 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included building a high-performing technology organization and overseeing a successful company acquisition. Peyton's extensive experience in technology leadership also includes serving as Chief Technology Officer for Ameridoc at Teladoc, Executive Director of Software Engineering at Veridikal Healthcare Solutions, and Software Engineering Manager at FilesAnywhere.com. Early career experience includes a role as Software Engineer at HCA Healthcare. Peyton holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems with a focus on Information Assurance from Oklahoma State University.
