Katica Borčić has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Katica started their career in 2013 as a Partner and Project Manager at Associazione TDM 2000, where they managed projects aimed at modernizing education and training. Katica also established partnerships with NGOs and supported mobility and job opportunities for learners and volunteers.
In 2014, Borčić joined The Qt Company as a Sales Executive and Renewal Specialist, where they identified prospects, performed sales activities, and gathered market information. Katica later took on roles as a Partner Sales Representative and Partner Sales Manager, where they worked closely with resellers and VARs, negotiated terms, and supported sales efforts.
In 2017, Borčić transitioned to the role of Product Marketing Manager at The Qt Company, where they created and maintained product content and executed integrated GTM campaigns. In 2019, they joined Cxense as a Product Marketing Manager, focusing on product marketing efforts and go-to-market strategies. After the acquisition of Cxense by Piano, they continued to work on unified commercial intel and GTM strategy.
Most recently, Borčić joined Cognite AS in 2020 as the Senior Manager of Product Marketing. In this role, they articulate the competitive landscape, maintains product knowledge, and drives business outcomes through go-to-market plans.
Katica Borčić's education history shows that in 2020, they were a Master's candidate in Social Psychology at the University of Mostar. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2014, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from the same university. In 2006, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mostar as well. Additionally, Katica Borčić has obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing and Inbound Marketing from the HubSpot Academy in October 2020.
