Monisha Chandar serves as a Senior Technical Specialist at Cognida.ai since January 2023. Prior to this role, Monisha held several positions at Hitachi Vantara from July 2015 to December 2022, including Technical Team Lead and Senior Consultant in Digital Solutions, focusing on full-stack web application development and stakeholder engagement. Additional experience includes serving as Founding Director of McKbytes, a Business Process Outsourcing and consulting firm in Vellore, from December 2016 to February 2018. Monisha began a career foundation with an internship at HCL Technologies in 2014, gaining experience in requirement analysis and design. Monisha holds a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2015, and an ICSE high school diploma from Ida Scudder School.
