Laura MacDonald has worked as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Cognex Corporation since April 1994. Prior to that, they were a Senior Auditor at PwC from June 1990 to April 1994.

Laura MacDonald earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Providence College, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Laura later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, General from Babson College, attending from 1996 to 2000.
