Joseph Bulens currently serves as the Global Controller at Cognex Corporation, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Chief Financial Officer at Lakeside Software from January 2021 to September 2021 and held the position of Vice President of Finance at Acquia from 2014 to December 2020, as well as at Houghton Mifflin from 2006 to 2014. Earlier in Joseph's career, experience includes serving as Controller at athenahealth, inc. for a year in 2005-2006, and as Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche from 1998 to 2005. Joseph began the professional journey as a Senior Accountant at Alexander Aronson Finning between 1996 and 1998. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
