Norbert is a Principal of Cogito Capital Partners and focuses on investment opportunities in B2B services, SaaS, AI and Machine Learning.

Before joining Cogito, Norbert was an investment director at MCI Capital, where over 8 years was engaged in a number of early- and growth-stage tech investments (from initial investment, through portfolio management and exit) across Central Europe. Prior to MCI Capital, Norbert worked in the investment banking departments of Credit Suisse and Rothschild, and also as a financial analyst with Nestle. He is a certified international investment analyst (CIIA), a licensed investment advisor and stock broker.

Norbert has MA in Finance and Banking from Warsaw School of Economics.

Norbert is based in Warsaw.
