Melissa Cecil is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in senior living and care management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Cadence Senior Living since April 2022, Melissa has also held similar positions at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC and Park Senior Villas. Prior to these roles, Melissa worked in provider relations at Sage Hospice & Palliative Care and held the position of VP of Business Development at Endeavor Senior In Home Care, where consulting services were provided. As President of Waypoint Senior Care and Consulting from 2011 to 2018, Melissa focused on guiding clients through the complexities of long-term care with compassion and education. Additionally, Melissa served as COO for the Safely Somewhere Foundation from 2016 to 2018. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Northern Arizona University.
