Laurel Cline is a seasoned professional in senior living management, currently serving as Executive Director at Cogir Senior Living since August 2021. Prior to this role, Laurel held the position of General Manager at Aegis Living from November 2011 to August 2021, overseeing operations in both assisted living and memory care communities, managing financial performance, occupancy, employee safety, staff retention, and resident satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include roles at John L Scott from January 2000 to November 2010, where Laurel worked as a Real Estate Sales Professional and held various management positions.
