Andy Salgar has held leadership positions in the hospitality and senior living sectors, currently serving as Executive Director at COGIR Real Estate since April 2023. Prior to this role, Andy was the General Manager for multiple properties at Sienna Senior Living from November 2020 to April 2023, and served as the Director of Food & Beverage/Operations at Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown from April 2018 to November 2020. Currently, Andy is pursuing a degree in Healthcare Leadership at the University of Toronto, having previously earned a BA in Hospitality/Marketing Management and Restaurant/Food Services Management from Chichester College, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from G.U. University.
