Erica Lasola-Caramol has over 20 years of work experience. Erica started their career in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant at 3M. In 2001, they were a Personal Secretary at the City Government of Pagadian. In 2005, they were a Community Relations Dept. Personnel at the Visayan Electric Company, Inc. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Sales & Marketing Supervisor at the International Academy of Film and Television. From 2011 to 2018, they held various roles at Coggno, including Director of Operations, Strategic Account Manager, and Marketing Associate. Since 2018, they have been the Director of Operations at Ezzely, an employee engagement software. Erica also held the role of Manager at Almont Amuma Spa from 2011 to 2018.

Erica Lasola-Caramol has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippines, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999. Erica also attended St. Theresa's College for their high school education between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Coggno, including an Excel 2010 Intermediate Course in March 2016, a HIPAA Privacy and Security for Business Associates (40 Minutes) course in April 2015, an OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard Course in March 2014, an Illinois Class C UST Operator Training in August 2013, and a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) v2 Course in March 2016.
