Biswajyoti Panda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and business operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Head at Cogent E Services since November 2024, Biswajyoti has previously held notable positions such as Assistant Vice President- WFM & HRO at EbixCash Global Services, where responsibilities included overseeing HR outsourcing for a workforce of nearly 2000, and Head of Recruitment and L&D at Athena BPO Pvt.
