Rosie Kauffman is a seasoned network operations professional with extensive experience in both technical and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior NOC Engineer at Cogent Communications since May 2023, Rosie previously held various positions at T-Mobile from December 2007, including Senior Tech in Network Operations and NTWK CONTROL TECH II, where responsibilities involved troubleshooting and maintaining advanced DWDM systems and managing critical network stability operations. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service at AOL and military service in the US Army as a 31R from 1997 to 2004.
