Michelle Bolden currently serves as a National Account Manager at Cogent Communications, contributing to the Global Business sector since August 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales at CDG Wireless, along with multiple positions at Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea focusing on business development for various industries, including healthcare and education. Additional experience encompasses account management roles at Valpak and SKUlocal, and a retention specialist position at AT&T, where contract negotiations were a key responsibility. Michelle also has entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Pure Java Cafe and has held a managerial position at AT&T with oversight of a customer service team. Michelle is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Cumbria.
