Karen Overby possesses extensive experience in document control and IT business systems analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Document Control at Cogent Biosciences since August 2022. Prior to this role, Karen spent over 26 years at Medtronic and its predecessor companies, where significant contributions included leading the support transition for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, managing third-party support for PLM applications, and ensuring GxP compliance. Karen's early career included roles in project coordination and document control, focusing on the implementation and validation of PLM software. Karen holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a certificate in Executive Project Management, all from Regis University.
