James Clifford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quantity surveying and construction management. Currently serving as a Director at Cogent Associates Ireland since May 2012, James has held progressive roles including Senior Associate Director, Associate Director, and Senior Quantity Surveyor. Additionally, involvement as a Working Group Member in the Modern Methods of Construction Sub Group of the Construction Sector Group under the Government of Ireland has been since January 2021. Previous experience encompasses key positions at Lissadell Construction, Cunnane & Donaghey Construction, KMCS, Brent Saunders Quantity Surveying, and Tony Geoghegan Associates. James holds a Certificate Level 9 in Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveying from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics from Limerick Institute of Technology.
