Thibaut Clerc has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Responsable Développement at Cogedim since September 2018, after progressing through roles including Responsable Développement Junior. Prior to this, Thibaut worked as a Conseiller en location at JACOB BOYER TORROLLION IMMOBILIER from October 2016 to August 2018 and briefly as a Vendeur conseil at Entrepôt du Bricolage in 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Maîtrise d’ouvrage du bâti from Institut d'Urbanisme de Grenoble, an ICH degree focused on real estate from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, a BTS in Professions Immobilières from Campus Eductive Grenoble, and a Baccalauréat Général from Lycée Militaire des Pupilles de l'Air.
