Kenza NESME has extensive experience in real estate program management, currently serving as Responsable de Programmes at Cogedim since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kenza held a similar position at Nexity from September 2017 to August 2021, focusing on the management of new residential real estate projects, including permitting, commercial launch preparations, land acquisitions, and project oversight. Earlier experience includes a position as a Juriste at MARIONNAUD, where responsibilities included the review of commercial leases and legal monitoring. Kenza holds a Master’s degree in Aménagement et Promotion Immobilière from GROUPE ESPI, and a Master’s degree in real estate law from Université Paris-Est, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in law.
